Sanitation measures in a covid-safe manner upon returning to work:
- Strip beds down to bare bed for any clients that aren't relaxation associated. Use pet-pee pads for any tinting services.
- For relaxation based treatments, put stretchy bed cover on (find in tment room cupboard) and towels. You can use a facial doona ensuring there is a towel under the done as well. All towels must be put in the wash after use.
- In-between every client, sanitise bed with spray an paper towel. Tweezers and work benches. Use only 1 protector pad on bench at any time. I have ordered some large sanitiser wipe tubs that will be easier to use than the spray going forward. One will go in the hall way, and one will go in the pedi lounge.
- There will be a sanitize station at reception for clients to use upon arrival.
- Social distancing stickers have been placed on bench seats, and floor of reception, also 2nd waiting area on the ottomans in treatment room zone.
- Wear gloves for everything possible and x1 face mask per day.
- No kids or friends allowed to come to appointments, this excludes babies. If someone brings along kids or friends remind them that next time they wont be able to.
- When greeting clients help designate a place for them to sit, also check that we have their up to date email and phone number.
- Receptionist can assist in checkout out your client for you to avoid cluster of people in reception.

How to add someone to the waitlist:
- Kitomba 1
- Appointments
- click green button 'ADD'
- click 'waitlist client'
- fill in clients details, adding a note, for eg- 'can do anytime today except after 3pm' or 'has an appointment at a later date (specify) that will need to be cancelled if we get them in on this date'

How to add someone off the waitlist onto the appointment calendar:
- Kitomba1
- Appointments
- Click the calendar symbol to the right of the green 'add' button. This will show a list of clients on the waitlist for the date you are on
- click and drag client into position on appointment calendar. They will get a text 2 days prior or immediately but please ensure you call the client to let them know you have booked them in and to call us if it does not suit.
Eyelash extensions
We are now accepting new clients. Do not call previous waitlist clients until its either quiet or Steph and Molly are trained. Molly and Steph should hopefully be ready to do lashes on clients come August.
New Employee
Jorja Phillipe will be joining our team on Thursday, 18th June. She will be employed full-time, her day off being a Tuesday.
Details to come on what services she is/isn't capable of doing.
Online team portal
An easy accessible online portal where you can find anything paper based thats in reception. Such as, policies, procedures, forms, team meeting minutes etc. Its a progressing platform and will take time but will be released to you over time.
As for now, please start using the annual leave form under category 'forms' and after each team meeting you can find the minutes here.
