Use scales for all derma measuring. No dishes
Lamination scheduled 24th and 30th July (not jess). Looking into brow code. In the mean time we have no lam kit so please use lash lift kit
Prim vouchers
Selling a voucher: type in ‘prim voucher’ in sale item.
Redeeming a voucher: payment type ‘prim voucher’
Gift vouchers. Band on all no stickers. Over $100 get boxed. Leave opened for the recipient to write on the gift card if they wish. Show how to assemble voucher.
Disposable towels – looking into this today. They are 1 use and to be thrown out after one use.

Overall what a riper month team! You all did wonderfully through covid, we gathered and got the job done. Its been our business month EVER in wbr history in June and you should all be so proud of your efforts! I know this comes with a lot of work anxiety and stress when its busy but we all came together as a team and got it done. Thankyou!

- When confirming clients appointment, add another ‘ASA FORM’ text to be sent immediately.
- This has the link and the info will come back from them via e-mail. Then reception will enter details into clients file and write on appointment ‘notes in file’. Please flag an e-mail that comes through like this and unflag once done.

- Comes with powder, liquid activator, mask brush and instructions (client just needs bowl)
- The kit comes with 4-5 treatments, that’s $25 p/treatment
- Leave on for 15-45 mins. The longer the better
Team communications book:
- Wax caddys. Make sure they are filled at end of day
- Please lift steamers when moving them around
- Please keep kitchen door closed
- Collagen gloves don’t need an extra 15 mins with mani
- Millie Vanselow 15% off all services
- We don’t need heaters on 28
- Stop cutting up lash lift packs
- Put client product orders in the book provided, not the salon order list
- Get fresh oil for every massage client. Use minimal oil in your bowls.
